1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Baseline ("the Service") at usebaseline.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Baseline provides sports analytics, data-driven insights, and pick suggestions powered by signal convergence technology. The Service is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Baseline is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, or financial advisor. We do not accept bets, facilitate wagering, hold funds, or operate any form of gambling platform. All picks and analysis provided are analytical opinions based on publicly available data.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service. By using Baseline, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

4. Disclaimer of Guarantees

IMPORTANT: READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

  • No guaranteed outcomes. Picks are analytical opinions based on statistical models. Past performance does not guarantee future results. No sports prediction system can guarantee profits.
  • You assume all risk. Any decision to place a wager based on information from Baseline is made entirely at your own risk. Baseline is not responsible for any financial losses you may incur.
  • Not financial advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or gambling advice. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
  • Historical records are informational. Win/loss records displayed on the platform reflect past analytical picks and are provided for transparency. They should not be interpreted as a guarantee or projection of future performance.
  • Variance is inherent. Sports outcomes involve significant randomness. Even statistically sound models experience losing streaks. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.

5. Responsible Gambling

Baseline encourages responsible gambling practices. You agree that:

  • You will only wager money you can afford to lose
  • You will not chase losses or bet under emotional distress
  • You will set personal limits on time and money spent gambling
  • You will seek help if gambling is negatively impacting your life

If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-522-4700 or visit ncpgambling.org.

6. Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for determining whether sports wagering is legal in your jurisdiction. Baseline makes no representations regarding the legality of sports betting in your location. By using the Service, you confirm that:

  • You are located in a jurisdiction where accessing sports analytics content is legal
  • You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
  • You will not use the Service in any jurisdiction where doing so would violate applicable law
  • You understand that laws regarding sports wagering vary by jurisdiction and may change

  • Free trials require a valid payment method. You will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Baseline does not store your payment card details
  • Baseline reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
